What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect:

• Your email address.
• Campaign parameters from the link that brought you here (UTM parameters and ad click identifiers), so we know which ad or post the signup came from.
• If you choose to answer it, your response to the optional one-question survey ("Where did you hear about us?").

Why we collect it

We use this data to run the product waitlist and to send you email updates about the product launch and related news. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by submitting the form and confirming via the double opt-in email. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us.

Who processes it

• Klaviyo, Inc. (USA) stores the waitlist and sends our emails. Klaviyo is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
• Meta Pixel: this website uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure whether our ads work. You can opt out of ad personalization in your Meta ad preferences or via youronlinechoices.eu.

How long we keep it

We keep your data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. After that it is deleted or suppressed from further use.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the data we hold about you;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data deleted;
• restrict how we process it;
• receive your data in a portable format;
• object to processing;
• withdraw consent at any time;
• lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
