Where we ship, what it costs, when the bottle leaves and how long it takes. This is a translation: the legally operative text is the German version, Versand und Lieferung.
We currently ship only within Germany.
Shipping costs 3,67 € (DHL Kleinpaket). Orders of 50,00 € or more ship free of charge. The shipping costs are shown in the cart and before you complete your order.
We ship with DHL.
Payment is taken when you order. We ship within 2 working days of receiving payment and let you know by email as soon as your order leaves the house.
Once the parcel is handed to DHL, delivery within Germany usually takes 1 to 3 working days. This is the carrier's figure from experience, not a guaranteed deadline.
Your statutory right of withdrawal is not affected by any of this. The withdrawal period does not begin until you receive the goods. The details are in our withdrawal policy (Widerrufsbelehrung).

The parcel is real, the carrier is real, the dates are real. The house saves its fiction for the letters page.
